Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amanda Van Milligan. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
My experience with Amanda has been very positive! She is knowledgeable and always has answer for me. She has provided me tools in the form of coping skills, stress/anxiety management, and different avenues to control my emotions. She is very helpful in coming up with game plans with me or different techniques to notice, realize, and control my emotions in healthy ways. She cares a lot about how I'm feeling and over all doing. I've come to enjoy our sessions and always look forward to them.

I appreciate Amanda because I feel like she is on the same wavelength as I am. I feel like she genuinely understands where I am and is a partner with me in addressing my mental health needs. I trust her judgment, and I enjoy our interactions. She doesn’t make me feel judged or pressured, but she helps expand my thinking and toolbox for taking care of myself by sharing insights and perspectives that I would not have considered on my own. I feel lucky to have found Amanda. I wish everyone could work with a therapist like Amanda.
