She listens without judgement. Always positive. That’s the one thing I’ve taken away from this experience. I might have it checked off as a negative but after hearing her it then because a positive. Grief is a roller coaster ride and I’ve never been physically on a roller coaster in my life. But know I ride an emotional one. Never understood the hype of them lol and honestly I still don’t. But hats off to the ones that stand in line at the fair. Life is weird like that. Some love adrenaline rushes and spontaneous days. Me… a creature of habit I love life under the radar. So sudden surprises. Predictable.. but nothing about grief is predictable.. Amanda is teaching me strategies to help stay balance until the calm returns. She’s teaching me there are no wrong or right ways to deal with it. But dealing with it is the answer
