I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oklahoma, with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence, and many other areas.

I utilize a combination of different therapy techniques and styles, to help best assist you with your specific needs. I strongly believe that building a great therapeutic relationship is one of the main keys to success. I enjoy warm, kind-hearted discussions, as well as deep and solution-focused conversations on how we can resolve challenges with new and improved tools to give you the best chance at success.
