I am licensed in Michigan with 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist, and 20 years of experience with and for Community Mental Health in the Grand Rapids and Lansing areas. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I provide evidence based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
