I've enjoyed my sessions with Amy. She allows me to feel comfortable and goes with the flow versus a more structured approach. She provides different methods to see what works. She gives good examples to understand what I'm going through. She is very flexible with her time and checks in regularly. You can tell she cares and is thoughtful.
