Amy Austin, LMHC
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with over 15 years of professional work experience. My experience comes from providing mental health and behavioral counseling for individuals with a variety of presenting issues including stress, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, coping with grief and loss, life changes, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Whether you are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom-relief and improved function, my hope is we can collaboratively work together to achieve it.
