Amy is the BEST!! I’m happy to be close to almost two years with her on this service. She listens and provides feedback and encouragement where appropriate. She helps validate ideas and plans of actions that will support self development and self-care. I always look forward to our next session. She also provides flexible times that works for the client.

In the short time I was speaking with Amy. She listened to my needs and helped me find ways to manage my issues. I got from her what I could not find from other therapists!

I consider Amy to be the best therapist I've ever had. She helped me so much with working through a lot of very difficult pandemic anxiety, She asked relevant questions and helped me come to conclusions on my own. Thanks Amy!

Amy helped me think through whatever problems I felt were weighing me down in a very calm and respectful manner.

I started with Amy back in June, I was a little nervous about starting to see a therapist, because I had never done that before. Amy immediately put me at ease. I was having a lot of issues in my personal life and issues with my family and Amy has helped me tremendously. I could not be more happier with Amy. She is very kind, understanding and every single session we have had, I have taken something very helpful away with me. Our sessions have been more helpful to me than I could possibly explain here. Anyone lucky enough to get paired with Amy, will not be disappointed.
