About me
Hello and Welcome!
I am a holistic therapist who works with individuals, families and couples. I am interested in you as a whole person and I approach therapy with that in mind. I am invested in helping you make sense of your life stories, heal the issues that cause you pain and create the life that makes sense to you.
I am honored to do this work. I know it takes courage to share yourself with a stranger. Therapy is your time and I am here to assist you in what you need. I see therapy as a collaborative process. My style is approachable and interactive.
I am passionate about working with couples and creating healthy relationships.. I am committed to staying up to date on the most current modalities to help you achieve your goals, My other passion is working with men. Society tells you you have to be strong and that is not the case. It is totally okay for you to get help. I work with men26-75 on issues relating to self worth, relationships, anxiety, depression and everything in between.
I have been in practice for 10 years as a therapist and prior to that I was a social worker.. I attended Argosy University for my Masters in Counseling.
I am a Level 3 trained Therapist and in the process of getting certified through the Relational Life Institute which is the method developed by Terry Real.

She’s a great listener, but better than that, she’s a thoughtful person. She’ll help you think about the root of your problems in an honest and respectful way.
