About me
Hello! I’m a licensed professional counselor in West Virginia and I have worked primarily with victims of violence, loss, and trauma. Aside from trauma work, I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship concerns.
My therapy style is inviting and interactive; I enjoy problem solving with my clients to find the best solutions to any concerns. My approach to therapy is based in cognitive-behavioral theories and I am trained in EMDR. As a therapist, I will create a treatment plan that is specific to a client’s needs and goals.
