Amy is a great therapist who is compassionate, patient, empathetic and confident in her skill set, which is broad and covers a variety of areas of clinical practice. I felt listened to and also guided in the right direction. I received effective therapy and was given strategies and useful information to help improve my mental health on a day to day basis. Highly recommended.

I have had 5 sessions with Amy, and I can say she has changed my life. By the end of the first appointment, I already saw a difference. She has changed my view on several key things that kept me in the cycle that I was in. She has not only given me the tools for change, but she supported me on my journey each step of the way. I am very thankful that I found BetterHelp, and I have never felt this at peace in my life.
