Amy Gorton is excellent. I had never been through therapy before purchasing BetterHelp. I started with some therapists who just didn’t mesh well with my needs or conversation style. I was then finally matched with Amy Gorton, and she has been wonderful. She’s soothing, calm, and has great insights into my concerns. When I brought up the many things going on in my life bringing me to BetterHelp, she worked through them with me and helped me power through major life changes. I cannot recommend her enough.

Amy is a great listener with questions that are very relevant to what I'm sharing. She is insightful, kind and makes you feel seen, heard and understood.

Amy’s great! Doesn’t hesitate to give advice and confirm “you aren’t crazy”. (Which we all need at times) I’ve already recommended her and Better Help to a friend.
