About me

Hi! I'm a UK-licensed therapist specialising in supporting millennials break free from people-pleasing and discover their authentic selves. Over my 5 years as a therapist, I've helped clients find their confidence, set healthy boundaries, gain a better understanding of anxiety and their feelings, and create positive changes in their lives.

My background in healthcare gives me a unique understanding of caregivers and healthcare professionals, especially around compassion fatigue and finding balance. I get it - putting yourself first isn't always easy!

In our sessions together, you'll find a warm, welcoming space to explore what matters to you. I believe you're the expert of your own story, and I'm here to help you uncover your inner wisdom and strength. Whether you're feeling stuck in people-pleasing patterns, overwhelmed by others' expectations, or just ready to live more authentically, we'll work together to help you find your voice and use it confidently.

Amy has been lovely. Great at listening and has provided me different ways of thinking about things. I’ve only just got started with my therapy journey but I’m glad my first experience has been with Amy.

Amy is just great. Having so much patience, and knows how to listen and ask right questions that make you think of certain parts of Iife that you usually wouldn't even remember to think about. She knows how to pick up on things that someone might be bothered by, but without even realising yourself that there is an issue there, which is a great way of getting you to reconsider some aspects of your life. I'm just really grateful I got Amy as my therapist, she helps a lot.

I have been working on myself for the past couple of years and I got to the point where I had made a lot of progress but thought that I would benefit from some professional support to help me to connect some dots and take a few extra steps that I felt I couldn't make on my own. I was matched with Amy and after reading her profile felt she would be a good match. Amy's help and support over the past 6 weeks have been invaluable. Her description on her "about me" is exactly right, she doesn't tell you what you should or shouldn't do. She helps you to find your own answers. She has an amazing talent of really hearing what you're saying, truly listening, and reflecting back to you what you're saying in a way that you can hear it for yourself. She has given me the key and helped me connect the dots. There was so much about my mental health that I couldn't see until Amy helped me to open my eyes. Work on my mental health will be a long term process, but with Amy's help I have come a long way in a short space of time. I feel like I now have the tools to go forward and continue to work on myself. Thankyou for everything Amy. Your support has been life changing. I would definately seek out Amy's support in the future if I ever feel like I should need it.
