Amy has been an excellent therapist during an emotionally turbulent time in my life following a massive change. She has helped me with anxiety and depression along with many other life things. She’s helped me slow down and take things one day at a time, and helped me regain some confidence while also figuring out what things in my past have led to my issues. I’ve learned many great coping mechanisms and I feel like with Amy’s help I’ve come a long way an am better equipped to tackle my depression and anxiety.

For me personally, I greatly enjoy having Ms. Amy as my therapist, even in the short time I've been working with her I feel she is an amazing listener, she speaks with me openly and it doesn't feel very "sterilized" or super "professional", that is not to say she is unprofessional, but she makes me feel comfortable and feels like I'm speaking with another person, and not getting robotic responses. I had a different in person therapist a year ago and if I am being honest, I like Amy much better, I've only had 2 appointments with and it's been so far an astronomically better experience.
