I’m so thankful for Amy’s counsel. She is patient with me and asks leading questions to help both she and myself understand my mental needs. She is kind and experienced and helps me set goals to become better. So glad that I have someone else in my corner to help me improve myself both for my sake and the sake of others in my life.

Amy is such an awesome counselor! From the moment we had our first live session I felt very at ease with her. She has a calming spirit and never makes me feel like she is judging me. Amy is encouraging and celebrates even the smallest milestones. I’d recommend her to anyone I know.
