About me

You’re not really sure why it is hard to get out of bed some mornings, or be motivated to want to do things. You’re not sure why you feel stuck or feel lost. It is frightening to think that this is how each day will be from now on. When you find yourself feeling scared, sad, alone, and overwhelmed after someone you loved has died; or having relationship challenges with your partner, children, friends, or family; or your child is acting out, not listening to you, and not able to talk about what is going on; or you don’t know how to get through past hurts and experiences that keep haunting your mind; or you really want to have a child so badly and nothing is working; or you feel so frustrated and stressed all time and can’t control it like you want to; something has to change! Life is not supposed to be this difficult.
You want to be able to find yourself, be at peace, be happy, more in control of your stress, feel better about life and embrace it with passion, and have great communication with all the people who are in your world. Picture you being the best you that you can be. Picture you being happy and able to overcome these obstacles that are present in your life. I can help you reconnect with yourself and succeed!
In just a few sessions, you will be able to feel a difference.

Amy is a very kind and understanding person. She listens to my issues and takes them into consideration. She makes me feel safe enough to open up to her and talk my feelings out.

Amy has been a great help to me through some difficult times. She is always positive and has helped me to find better ways to handle situations rather than fall back on my unproductive responses.

In the past weeks I've been talking with Amy about the changes and challenges in my life. Amy is very emphatic and comprehensive, she understands my feelings very fast and can give some good advice.
Many thanks Amy :)

Amy has brought my life into a better place. She’s taught me skills that have not only helped me but I’ve been able to pass her knowledge on to others. I look forward to speaking with her every week.
I’ve had at least five other therapists and none of them have been able to get me to acknowledge the feelings I’ve been hiding about my childhood abuse. She brings me the comfort and caring I need to be honest with myself. She provides me with the strength to remember the past and helps me to move forward.
If you are looking for a person to help you explore your experience of abuse, Amy can truly help.

Amy is extremely thoughtful and empathetic. She is happy to customize the experience so that I can better understand and follow the process.
