Amy has helped me with my depression and anxiety. She has given me more tools in my tool box that I never thought I could have to help me get through the struggles I have gone through. She has also helped me in gaining confidence in myself in the goals that I want to achieve to better myself.

I feel like I really lucked out with Amy. She is incredible at her job and so talented! I feel confident in our conversations and the information I take from them. It is presented in ways that leave you thinking. I find myself doing things and reflecting back on a situation we talked about to realize how I am handling it differently. I strong recommend Amy!

Amy is a wonderful therapist to have when you need it most. She’s super responsive, incredibly understanding, and very helpful in dissecting and unfolding your thoughts and feelings that you’ve been tangled up in. Always ready to listen and shows compassion and kindness with every session. Couldn’t recommend anyone else for therapy!
