Amy has a very warm therapy style & is very understanding. She listens with respect to learn and understand & never judges. Her sessions are filled with care, genuine compassion & desire to help. She gently nudges you into finding your way & reaching your own conclusions. It is with her support that I’ve made big progress in my therapy journey.
