Ana is an incredibly supportive therapist! She provides thoughtful insights and helpful ideas, methods and tools for me to explore and experiment with as I work to improve my relationships, positivity and overall well-being. I find every session engaging and nurturing - it's more like speaking with a trusted friend or mentor than a paid therapist!

Talking to Ana is like talking to a best friend I've known my whole life. She's sympathetic, insightful, professional yet comfortable to open up to. Her sense of humor is a great addition to our sessions. Ana has given me more optimism about life in three weeks than I could've accomplished alone. I always look forward to our weekly session.
