Each session with Andrew has always been positive even when I wasn’t feeling my best. Andrew is compassionate yet practical and every session is lead with a purpose in mind. Countless times Andrew has helped me forge the best way to move forward. Andrew is quick to respond and I feel supported and cared for whenever I speak with him.

I never thought I would use a therapy service, but my sessions with Andrew have helped me gain a new perspective that I either wouldn't have gotten on my own, or had the confidence to believe in. He also helped me to feel more supported.

Andy is fantastic, the best part of therapy is that it feels like I’m talking to a friend and someone who holds me accountable.
