Hi there! I'm a super geeky counselor from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, dedicated to collaborating with my clients to improve their daily lives and find their peace.

My approach centers on positive psychology, with a strong emphasis on solution-focused methods. No matter where you're starting from, we'll work together to find those bright spots of success and build on them. We'll navigate any roadblocks and create a better path.

I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tulsa and certifications in Oklahoma, Delaware, New Hampshire, and Florida. When I'm not with clients, you can find me with my family, my pets, or adding to my Doctor Who and Star Wars collection. :D
