Angelina is attentive and thoughtful. She treats therapy like a partnership working towards the same goals. I really appreciate her style of offering clear and actionable ways to change patterns of thoughts and behaviors. I always come away with a new phrase or insight I can use to better set boundaries and break patterns that aren’t serving me.

Angelina is amazing! She’s down to earth and wise. I really feel heard when I speak with her. She does assign homework, which I have really enjoyed. It keeps me accountable and helps me utilize the tools while navigating the issues I speak with her about. I definitely recommend for any of your therapy needs. She’s been great to work with. It is my first time exploring therapy and she helped me feel comfortable right away.

Angelina is just what I needed to deal with a specific friend relationship and resolve my concerns with other toxic relationships. Her suggestions made me understand what is toxic and what is healthy.
