I have had several therapists over the years, and would have to say that Ani is my favorite by far. She has been able to challenge my patterns and pushes me out of my comfort zone, encouraging me to break out of unhealthy patterns and to grow towards a better overall wellbeing. There is discomfort in growth and healing, but she has a presence that makes you feel you are not alone and are able to face the process as it comes. She is compassionate and understanding, but won’t let you get away with sitting back and avoiding the difficult topics and feelings, while never making you feel forced or pressured into facing them. If you actually want to grow and heal and are ready to do the work, then I feel Ani is a very good therapist for the job. Granted, her style may not work for everyone, but it certainly works well for me and I am grateful to have been paired with her.
