Right off the bat what I like about Dr Malik is how clearly experienced she is. With anything we've talked about so far, first and foremost she empathises with many different people and life situations. She also asks thought-provoking questions more than other therapists, so she seems pretty wise. But the reason I have stuck with Dr Malik is that she's the most easy-going and laid-back wise listener out of all the 10 therapists I've seen. She expresses no pressure or judgement with her responses, advice, body language or even facial expressions. Based on my experience I'm sure that Dr Malik has more experience than most with helping people face very difficult emotions or issues such as addiction, rage or family conflict.
