Anitta has been great at supporting me through this difficult situation. She challenges my thought process & always keeps it real. I really appreciate her direct but empathetic approach

Anitta has been phenomenal! When I first sought out help, I had experienced 4 out of the 5 most stressful life events all within a short period of time. To say that I felt overwhelmed and lost was an understatement. Anitta was empathetic while helping me to recognize patterns in my thoughts and beliefs that kept me in unproductive cycles. In our sessions , she gave me the tools to break through those cycles and find myself on my own, should I ever get lost again. If you have the opportunity to work with Anitta, I highly encourage you to take it.

I have been having therapy with Anitta for the past year and in this time, she has helped me tremendously. She has helped me work through significant issues from my past, which has allowed me to truly understand myself, why I react/respond the way I do, and this has made it easier for me to heal, open up, communicate, and respond in a healthy way to new situations, triggers, and past trauma. I am thankful to have her in my corner.

Anitta has been the absolute best thus far! I love that BetterHelp allows you to pick the kind of counselor you want (i.e male/female, POC, young/older etc). I feel that Anitta is the perfect fit for me and she is able to understand my issues that others may not have been able to comprehend. It is AMAZING and I am grateful that counseling has reached this moment, makes it easier to not have to change counselors because the first one was the perfect fit!
