Dr. Ann is wonderful. I was unsure about BetterHelp at first but working with Dr. Ann has exceeded my expectations. She is a very good fit for what I am looking for and I believe she would be a good fit for the majority of people searching for a therapist. She does not push any particular type of therapy, (CBT, etc) which I appreciate. She is dynamic in her knowledge and approach. We also have a good laugh when it suits the scenario and it is very refreshing. I am not always sure I need to renew with BetterHelp but I continue because I feel that Dr. Ann helps me in ways I don’t always know I need.

Ann is fantastic.
She helps me deal with anxiety, stress, and other emotions during a rough patch in my life.
She's a great listener, supportive, and empathetic, while at the same time offering a dynamic style of therapy, helping me challenge my assumptions and behaviors, offering helpful advice, and making sure I look after myself.
Thank you, Ann, for helping me live a better life and be a better self.

Ann is a gentle and kind therapist which is exactly what I needed. She follows up from previous sessions and reminds me to book sessions of I haven’t in a while. I also like the research and info she provides to help with the therapy.
