About me

Engage Clients by using Mindfulness Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused and Task-Centered Therapy, while they foster self-determination and strive toward their goal(s).

A trusting environment for you to tell your story. To remove the stigma of mental health, so you (primarily African Americans/Caribbeans) can give yourself permission, to receive healing.
