About me
I am licensed in Pennsylvania as both a Professional Counselor and a Behavioral Specialist, with over 15+ years of professional work experience. I graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in psychology and I have my Masters from the University of Pennsylvania and my PhD from Temple University. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, concentration, memory, and focus (adhd). I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
