I have really appreciated Anna over the nine months we've been meeting. Anna listens with empathy and curiosity, and her compassion has helped me get through one of the toughest seasons of my life. She has given me helpful tools to connect with my inner knowing and my body and allowed me to practice saying things that I couldn't even say to myself. I feel more confident, brave, and inspired thanks to Anna's support - I'm so grateful!

Anna is compassionate and listens really well. She meets you where you’re at and respects all kinds of people with all kinds of problems. She helps you nurture the child within, but not in a coddling way. In a way that helps people to heal and to take care of themselves better.
