Anna Oglesby, LPC
About me
Hi! My name is Anna Oglesby and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Mississippi. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2013 then worked as a teacher for several years before beginning my counseling journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on identifying thinking patterns or behaviors that may be affecting how you feel. Once these are identified, I can help you develop coping skills and challenge unhelpful thoughts.
I have worked with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD among other concerns. I strive to help clients feel comfortable sharing anything with me without judgment, and feel that my personal opinions and beliefs are best left out of the counseling relationship. Looking into counseling is a big first step and I'm glad you're here!

She is an amazing therapist who listens and provides, when needed.
