Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Anne Lafontaine. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I really appreciate my therapist's ability to listen, reflect on what is being said and loop past conversations and concerns into the relevant present conversations. I can also tell there is careful consideration to use some of my preferred method of communication which includes metaphors and narrative thinking. The meetings always seem to go at exactly the pace and intensity that I set, which differs session to session, and this really helps to feel supported during each session.
