Anne is the only therapist I’ve ever worked with that didn’t make me feel like I was being judged. I feel very lucky that I was randomly assigned to her because it feels like it was always meant to be.

I really like the way she puts me first. I feel like the advice she gives is tailored to me and not generalizations. She helps me with options I sometimes have a hard time seeing and I just like talking with her.

Anne is so professional. Her expertise in CBT has helped me tremendously while I am going through a challenging time in my life. She is a good listener and asks good questions to understand the situation better and therefore able to offer better help. Her responsiveness to my offline messages is also extremely helpful. I highly recommend Anne Wakefield.
