Annette OBryant, LPC
About me
It takes courage to be vulnerable enough to ask for help. You've already taken your first steps towards growth simply by identifying that something feels wrong and looking for a solution. My main focus as a counselor is to help my clients understand themselves, as well as their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In this understanding can come acceptance change, and healing.
During our sessions you will have the opportunity to build on your strength and explore new skills, insights and solutions as determined by your needs and preferences.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor that practices in Texas. I have 10 years of post graduate experience which includes graduate level counseling experiences, school setting, community setting, private practice and a non-profit organization. My counseling goal is to work with each client to develop a positive, focused and action oriented plan to address problems efficiently and effectively.
Should you feel need of urgent help or that you are in a crisis at anytime during our work together, please call 1-800-273-TALK 24 hours a day or 911. This forum does not provide any type of emergency services, so I want to be sure you know who to contact if you need immediate help.

Annette is a joy to work with, she really helped me with realizing things about myself and the source of many of my anxieties. I still have so much to learn and work through but I’m confident working with her and look forward to our sessions.
