Annette is an incredible therapist and person. No matter how I am feeling going into my sessions with her, I always come out feeling stronger and more capable. These past few years have been some of the toughest in my life - but the support and encouragement that she offers is helping me gain the confidence and motivation to better myself and make a full recovery. I am so grateful for her, and for the BetterHelp app.

Annette was amazing when it came to listening to my needs as well as being able to guide me into making decisions to better myself rather then telling me what to do. Annette offers a huge range of expertise to help with a variety of decision and allows you to be open and honest about everything as she creates a safe and comfortable environment for anyone chatting with her.
