About me

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I have also worked with adults with severe and persistent mental health conditions and dual diagnosis. My passion is trauma and I have extensive training in this area while working with students and in my role as a foster parent for the past 7 years. I have also worked with a wide range of other concerns including depression, parenting problems, relationship issues, grief, anxiety, OCD and ADHD.

My approach is respectfully warm and caring and I strive to provide space - emotionally and physically, for my clients to feel safe and open to share concerns and start the healing process. My approach is trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy combined with family centered and solution focused modalities.
It took courage for you to get this far - give yourself a pat on the back, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon!
