Anthony Sparacino, LPC
About me
Hello! I earned my BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Psychology so that I can be licensed to provide individual counseling for adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). For the last 14 years, I have honed my communication, relationship, and clinical skills to individualize my approach to each client's needs and goals for counseling. I have noticed how many psychological issues are often related to disrupted social relationships and I use the counseling relationship to facilitate growth and healing. I can help you identify the root causes of your psychological issues and discuss how you can modify these factors to improve your mental and emotional health. I enjoy developing a professional relationship with clients and becoming invested in your counseling goals. I will follow-up on our previous goals to see how much progress is being made and, more importantly, support you when setbacks occur. Finally, I can work with you to make sense of what has happened and figure out together what can be done next to find contentment and peace. I will be your biggest advocate and support person as you work through whatever issue you would like to address.
