I have a passion for helping individuals who seek to enhance their lives by choosing to live for today. I have over 24 years of experience working in mental health and have worked with people from all walks of life from families to elder adults. I take a harm reduction approach to therapy and use this modality in all my professional interactions. I meet clients where they are by taking a client centered approach to services. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social work, and many years in post graduate experience. I am licensed to practice therapy in the State of California and love that I get to help people every day.
