About me

My passion for counseling is evident to my clients across all ages and backgrounds. I believe all people deserve the chance to be heard without judgement and we all possess the ability to take control of our lives so that positive changes begin to happen.

My experience includes over 11 years of diagnostic assessment and treatment of mental health and substance abuse disorders. I am available for individual, couples and family counseling sessions. I have counseled children, adolescents and adults from culturally diverse populations with many symptoms including stress, anxiety, depression, anger, adjustment disorders and trauma among many others.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio where I was born and raised. I received a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Community Counseling from The University of Toledo. My treatment approach includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused disciplines.
