I am Arielle Bryant, a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Michigan. I have over 5 years of experience working with clients’ concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, parenting issues, grief and loss, life changes, and self-esteem, among others. Primarily, I’ve utilized individual, couple, and family therapy modalities in community mental health. I tailor goal-setting to each client utilizing a variety of skill sets from Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment-Based, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies.
I chose therapy as a career because I genuinely enjoy helping individuals improve and develop healthy relationships with themselves and the world around them. I chose Marriage and Family Therapy, specifically, because MFTs take a holistic perspective to health care; they are concerned with the overall, long-term well-being of individuals and their families. In marriage and family therapy, the unit of treatment isn't just the person - even if only a single person is present - it is the set of relationships in which the person is embedded. Not only do I want to support you in building healthy relationships with your loved ones, but also with yourself. Metaphorically, my job is to hold the flashlight in your life so that not only can you examine what needs to be done, but also so that your hands are free to do the work necessary to create the life you want.
I believe that everyone does the best the can with what they think they have at the moment. We are all capable of growth and change when we have the support and room to do so. My goal is to provide a safe environment and accountability for you to explore what you really want for yourself. My therapeutic style is strength-based and collaborative. This means you are the expert in your life and my role is to support you in reaching your goals. With me, you can expect patience, kindness, warmth, humor, and unconditional positive regard. I will hold space for you and make sure you see and celebrate all of your wins, including this one. Your reaching out is an acknowledgment that things can be better and an expression of hope that they WILL GET BETTER. So, thank you for your bravery and trust. Thank you for showing up. Together we can do great things. I’m ready when you are.

I was brand new to therapy/any kind of mental health treatment when I signed up for BetterHelp. I wasn’t too confident that it would have a positive impact on me or really ‘work.’ Not long after that first session, I knew I had made a step in the right direction.
My therapist is Ms. Arielle Bryant & I could not be happier. She is compassionate & kind, has a safe, sincere & warm presence (even over video call), but also encourages/challenges you to reflect on/approach whatever you are dealing with, from a different perspective. She is nonjudgmental, a great listener, encouraging, funny but firm, + utilizes some exercises/tools that have really resonated with me.
I can tell how much she truly cares & enjoys what she does, which I really appreciate.
10/10. Highly recommend...thank you, Arielle!

I've gotten SO much value from my sessions with Arielle. The way that she's able to listen and read between the lines to pick out the actual problem and highlight a new insight or tip is incredible. I've honestly tried many different therapists but I find my talks with Arielle much more fluid and above all else, human. On top of providing a bunch of helpful techniques and resources, she'll also share her own life experiences that's helped put things into perspective for me. Arielle has a genuine curiosity for helping others and it comes through in every single session. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Arielle!

To have someone finally actually care about my mental health and prioritizing what I need at every session is game-changing. I feel seen, heard, and validated whenever something comes up. Arielle gives me techniques and skills and reminds me to be proud of myself for every step I have accomplished. It's one thing to feel like you're being helped, it's another to feel like someone is excited to see you grow. I finally feel like I found the right therapist for me.

Arielle is an incredible therapist. She listens carefully to everything I talk about - even if it’s just word vomit of me venting, and then somehow comes up with this amazing solution that for some reason my brain has a hard time connecting. Every time I have a conversation with her, I learn something new about myself. She’s an amazing human being and I can’t recommend her enough ❤️

Arielle Bryant is a wonderful therapist with a big heart! I immediately felt comfortable talking with her, which is a bit unusual for me because I am often shy when first introducing myself to another person. She is patient and listens to every word I say, asking me to elaborate on an idea while helping me to see things from a new perspective. I feel like I am steadily building better habits thought regarding how I relate to the world around me. I avoided therapy for so long because I was worried that I would be judged or that I wouldn't be able to speak freely. That could not be further from the truth, and is in fact why I wholeheartedly recommend Arielle.

Absolutely love having Arielle as my therapist. I was pretty nervous to start therapy but from the beginning she has just been the absolute best. She works with me so well and gives supportive and helpful advise. I feel very seen and heard when talking to her, but it’s also very chill like talking to one of my friends. I couldn’t recommend her enough because if she wasn’t this awesome and supportive, my nervousness definitely would have gotten the better of me and I might not have come back to therapy
