Arlene Holt, LPC
About me
Hello, I am Arlene Holt, a licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. I am also a National Certified Counselor. I earned my graduate degree in counseling at University of Northern Colorado. I have spent more than 10 years working with families and individuals of the military. This has given me extensive experience with issues of transition, relationships, anger and life guidance.
I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is fundamental in that it provides a safe and supportive framework for the individual o grow, explore, develop, and heal. Life leads to many instances where we need support and practical feedback.
I have walked along side many people and it was an honor. I would love to do the same with you.

Arlene is kind and considerate, and she listens very well. We are just beginning to meet and getting to know each other, but so far I find her to have all the qualities of a super-good therapist.

Absolutely fantastic therapist. She's helped me more in the last few months than any help I've had in years. Thank you
