Ashleigh Coleman, BACP
About me
I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), with experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personal development, parenting and relationship issues. I work as an integrative counsellor, which means that I blend and adapt different counselling approaches and techniques based on what each person needs. This may include providing time and space to process significant events in your life; it might involve exploring your past in order to understand yourself better in the present; or it may include new tools and strategies for managing mental and emotional health. I will work with you to set goals for your counselling to make sure that you are really getting the most out of our time together.
I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, guided by an absolute respect for each person's unique value and autonomy over our own lives. I offer integrity, honesty, warmth and a deep and genuine interest in the growth and development of every client with whom I work.
