Ashley is one of the best therapists I’ve seen. She has great insight into relationships and navigating complicated workplace dynamics. I’ve personally been impacted greatly in a positive way because of her insight and the work we’ve done through our therapy visits.

Ashley is a wonderful LPC and I highly highly recommend her. She’s an extremely skilled clinician, a great listener, asks thought provoking intentional questions, assigns great homework (podcasts, books, and activities), and is an affirming provider. Ashley has helped me move through some extremely stressful life events and is supporting me in navigating relationships, assertiveness, and of course those pesky family of origin pieces. I’m grateful for her support and guidance during this season and I’m confident she will successfully help you navigate the season you’re in as well.

Ashley is amazing. I have had counseling numerous times in the past 20 years and never felt like I was getting anywhere. She gives me such great advice and listens and knows what areas I need to work on.

She is great! Listens, communicates well, really makes sure she understands what you are wanting to focus on and then gives guidance on how to make change for the better

Ashley truly is an amazing therapist! In her sessions you get the distinct sense that you’re not talking to a dry or stuffy authority figure but rather a caring and knowledgeable friend. In this way she’s able to package her professionalism and advice into sessions that feel like unlocking knowledge/processes that were already present in you instead of reciting psychological bullet points for you to employ on your own. Ashley’s guidance has helped me personally come back to the person I am and take comfort in the fact that we have the tools to live life, it’s just those little reminders that help along the way. I couldn’t be happier with her work, so if coming back to life is what you’re looking for, Ashley is the right therapist for you!!

She challenges me in just the right way and isn't afraid to ask those tough questions or get to the heart of the issue or just be curious and ask more questions. I super appreciate that and would definitely recommend her.
