Ashley Ferguson, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 5 years of clinical skills with a wide range of concerns including grief/loss, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, sexuality, women issues and men issues. I also helped many people learn the benefit of discovering meditation and relaxation techniques.
My therapy style is engaging and safe. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines EMDR therapy, solution-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Ashley is a wonderful clinician. She is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic. She really gets me. The fact that she's a clinician of color is the best part!

Ashley is super professional and really provides insight on how I can help myself and explore my frustrations. She has been really helpful in guiding me through my anxious thoughts and she shows a lot of careful thought in her responses. She’s opened my eyes to a lot of new perspectives and methods to self soothe and relax, and how to dismiss negative thoughts. I definitely recommend being in contact with Ashley.
