About me

I am Ashley Height and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. In addition to my LPC, I have also been a professional school counselor at the high school level for over thirteen years. I completed my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Psychology/Education at North Greenville University and my masters degree in School Counseling from Gardner-Webb University. I completed my Ed.D. in Community Care and Counseling with an emphasis in Traumatology from Liberty University. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. It is my goal to help clients work through life's hardships and work toward measurable goals. I look forward to developing a strong, therapeutic relationship with both adolescent and adult clients.

**Please message for a time slot- as I do not open a weekly schedule so I can ensure established clients a time slot. I am pretty flexible and can likely meet the time request you have as long as it is outside of my full-time employment hours. **

BetterHelp gives therapists the option of 30 minute sessions or 45 minute sessions. My sessions are all scheduled for 45 minutes unless otherwise requested. This means that the session will begin wrapping up no later than the 43 minute mark and conclude no later than the 45 minute mark. If you feel like you need more time - please reach out so that arrangements can be made for you.
NO SHOW POLICY: At the ten minute mark of your scheduled session, your appointment will be marked as a no-show unless you have reached out to me and we have agreed to start the session later. Typically, my sessions are scheduled back-to-back so rescheduling may be necessary.
