About me
You are on the search for something. Whether it is clarity, peace, happiness, support, or the freedom to finally explore who YOU truly are. We often feel the pressure to appear we have it all together when deep inside we are fighting a battle within. This journey that you are on, no longer has to be walked alone. My approach includes using a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, and Freudian theories. As trust is built within the the therapeutic relationship, vulnerability resides. With collaborative effort, clients will discover the next steps towards healing and growth. I truly value working with diverse clients and understand the importance of being culturally aware and competent.
I have years of experience with working with people who have trauma, depression, anxiety, weigh loss therapy, bipolar, and separation and loss for over 10 years as a case manager and therapist. In my career I've worked as a family specialist working with families in their time of crisis. Helping trauma clients is something that I am truly passionate about including my years of working with the abused and neglected. I also work with clients on weight loss journey to understand how to our subconscious sometimes controls our urges. I work with the person as a whole and work to build that therapeutic relationship in order to foster lasting outcomes. I welcome you into a space made just for you.

I feel very comfortable speaking with Ashley on any and all topics. Appreciate that she makes suggestions for improving without being pushy or condescending. She is good at recalling specific people/personalities from previous conversations, saving any need to waste time being repetitive. I’m looking at setting healthy boundaries in a new way because of our time together.
