She was a light in the darkness that I needed! She was understanding and provided insight into my problems. I am dealing with health issues and if it weren’t for Ashley I don’t know how I would have navigated it all! I can’t thank her enough!

Ashley has an inexplicable gift of making you feel like you’re sharing your most vulnerable feelings with your best friend. No filters, no tests…just open, honest dialogue between friends. And the ease in sharing has helped me tremendously.

I haven't been doing therapy for very long, but the few sessions I did with Ashley felt transformative. She helps me organize my thoughts and look at things from different perspectives. Highly recommend!
