About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed in Indiana for over five years. I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and with varying concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, and concerns regarding sexual orientation and sexual identity. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My style of counseling is warm, compassionate, and client centered. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and I will work with you to make the changes you want to make. I believe that counseling needs to be individualized as every individual is different and has different needs. I want to help you use your knowledge and strengths as you seek to meet your goals.

Ashley is very nice and seemingly knowledgeable so far! I’ve enjoyed my sessions with her. I’ve rated 8 out of 10 because I’ve only had two sessions so far, so it’s still early.

Ashley is extremely intuitive. She listens and asks questions that will make you realize things about yourself that you never would have thought of. Her homework assignments are helpful and enlightening, and she is very knowledgeable about different therapeutic techniques.
