I have put off committing to therapy and letting my nerves get to me and have canceled before meeting past therapist (signed up a year ago) but her warm message introducing herself put my mind at ease- I felt a warmth from her instantly. She has helped remind me that yes I have things to work on in the way I communicate with loved ones but at the same I am worthy regardless of my past traumas, regardless of my mistakes. My past stories don't define me but help me understand myself and even have empathy for my inner child. She is a mother like myself and in that I feel like she totally gets the craziness of this chapter and the female brain- so many things we juggle! I find myself cry and release things, laugh and feel lighter and even have "ah ha" moments in our sessions where things just "click" for me. If she wasn't my therapist I would want to be her friend. I feel lucky to have found her on here. I have more work to do but I'm confident with her help I will have better days ahead. She will help many other women in her career.

Ashley is an excellent listener and she has given me thoughtful and effective suggestions that are helping me through a multitude of struggles. Her demeanor is very calm and understanding, and she’s never made me feel judged or uncomfortable even when I choose to open up about things that I would usually feel ashamed of. She’s also hilarious! 11/10; she is an incredible therapist!
