Ash has been very consistent and reliable! I think we're at about 6 weeks of work, maybe more, and every session with them leaves me feeling empowered and heard :) Ash has done a great job of building our trust and connection. They always give me very thoughtful advice and they help me feel comfortable exploring myself deeper in a safe space, while making sure I'm gorunded and present. Ash is very down to earth, easy to talk to, a great listener, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions! I have been using Better Help to try to understand my PTSD symptoms and how to cope, and Ash has been an amazing guide on my journey :)

Ash is an amazing therapist who I've had an amazing time working with. I don't normally make reviews but I thought that it was warranted this time around.

I really enjoyed working with Ash as my therapist. They listened to me and offered a lot of support through a major life challenge. I would absolutely recommend Ash for any queer person who needs someone to talk to.

I have been in therapy most of my life. I find it so hard to find one that really fits with me. But this Betterhelp it was nice that they ask questions and find one that would work well with me. My therapist is amazing. Listens to me and gives me lots of helpful tips. I would highly recommend.
