Ashley has been a wonderful source of wisdom and comfort in my healing from an abusive past. She has given me the tools to be successful in my journey. She digs deep but in a calm and safe way that allows me to peel back layers without feeling triggered or trauma. I highly suggest Ashley if you’re ready to do the hard work.
