Ashley has been a tremendous help to have in my corner as I am navigating my own self-love journey. Each week has been productive because we have such a great energy together. She encourages you to put yourself first and gives you the tools and focus to achieve the goals you set out for therapy. I’m glad to have her as my therapist and can’t wait to reach more goals with her in my corner!

Ashley Thornton is an amazing therapist! She is a great listener, helps me through my issues, and comes up with solutions that are achievable and helpful. I also love that she respects my personal values and opinions, but also challenges me to get out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend Ashley!
